Q: Are all the products identical?
A: All products are individual pieces. We check every single product and we can ensure that the customer only gets products according to our extremely high quality standards. Due to the handicraft fabrication, slight differences can occur between products.
Q: Are all products "Made in Italy"?
A: The whole production take place in Italy. This includes the applied materials.
Q: How do I find out shipping costs?
A: In the first step of the checkout process you will see the shipping costs for your order. Shipping rates depend on the service of your choice, package weight and delivery address. Do not hesitate to check; your order is not confirmed until later on in the checkout.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: 1. Add the product(s) of your choice to your cart by clicking ‘add to cart’ or ‘buy now’.
2. You will go to the shopping cart, from which you can go to ‘checkout’ when you have everything you need.
3. Choose a shipping and payment method and check your order details.
4. Fulfil your payment on the secured webpage of our payment provider.
5. Done! You will be send back to the Zero Zero Design website and receive an email with a summary of your order.
Q: I have placed an order at the online store. When can I expect the delivery?
A: Most products will be shipped from Florence within one week. Products that need special packaging or documentation or have limited or no stock may take longer. Depending on shipping service and delivery address, it may take several days until your order is delivered.Your order will be delivered within a maximum of three weeks.
Q: How do I indicate a different shipping address?
A: You can indicate a different delivery address in the checkout process. Your addresses are stored in the address book in your account.
Q: What if an item is damaged when I receive it?
A: All delivered items are insured. If you find the package damaged before opening, notify the delivery company immediately upon delivery. If you have opened the package before finding the item damaged, notify Zero Zero Design customere service (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately. When you are returning items, you will be responsible for the risk of damages. We therefore suggest insuring all returned products.
